Biography:

Johnny Storm, better known as the Human Torch, is a superhero from Marvel Comics.

He first appeared in Fantastic Four #1 (November 1961), as a founding member of the superhero team.

The Human Torch possesses the ability to engulf his body in flames, fly, and project fire. He is the younger brother of Susan Storm, the Invisible Woman, and gained his powers after being bombarded by cosmic rays during an experimental space flight alongside his sister, Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), and Ben Grimm (The Thing).

During periods when the Fantastic Four were disbanded, Johnny has also worked alongside other teams. He has been a member of the Future Foundation, a group formed by Reed Richards to nurture the next generation of brilliant minds.
